Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust:
    • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
    • In a food processor, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and soaked dates. Process until the mixture forms a dough.
    • Press the dough evenly into a tart pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides.
    • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the filling:
    • In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk until it starts to simmer.
    • Remove from heat and add the chopped Nogih Vegan Organic 87% Cocoa. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
    • Add the vanilla extract and stir.
